Good morning beautiful people

As I wake up to the sound of a golf ball bouncing off the walls, a seven-year-old making duck noises, and my house looking like a full-blown hurricane just tore through—it would be easy to lose my mind. But today, I choose joy.

My boys had a “brother’s night” last night, and if you have kids, you already know what that means. Chaos. Absolute chaos. This morning, I have two choices: scream and demand they start cleaning immediately, or take a deep breath, soak in the sound of their laughter, and appreciate this moment for what it is—childhood in all its wild, messy glory.

So yes, the constant tap, tap, tap of that golf ball is driving me a little crazy. Yes, my living room looks like a disaster zone. But instead of focusing on the mess, I’ll focus on the joy. Instead of frustration, I’ll choose peace.

Today, I am grateful—for the noise, for the memories being made, for the little tornadoes I get to call my boys. Today, I will choose joy.
